Who runs Flex Assure.

Flex Assure operates as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, sponsored by the Association for Decentralised Energy. Registered in England and Wales, Company number 11652552.

Organisational structure.

Four roles share responsibility for running the scheme and keeping it independent.

Board of Directors

Oversees the Articles of Association, company policy, and finances of Flex Assure Limited.

The Committee

Supervises the Flex Assure Code and reviews Scheme Administrator activities. Proposes modifications to the Code of Conduct and Bye-Laws for Board approval.

Scheme Administrator

Handles day-to-day operational duties, financial administration, IT, and communications.

Independent Auditing

External auditing services are contracted to ensure all scheme members comply with the Codes of Conduct.
